关于举办“循证社会科学系列前沿讲座”的通知

为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于哲学社会科学的重要论述，加快推进循证社会科学这一医文新兴交叉学科领域的发展及中国特色循证社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的构建，兰州大学社会科学处、兰州大学国际合作与交流处、兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室、兰州大学循证社会科学研究中心自2022年起联合举办“循证社会科学系列前沿讲座”，不定期邀请国内外循证社会科学领域一流专家学者作学术报告交流。截止2023年底，“循证社会科学前沿讲座”已举办十六讲，吸引国内外学者两万余人次参加了讲座。

为进一步推动我国的循证社会科学高质量发展，特别是保持兰州大学循证社会科学与国际循证社会科学同步发展的良好态势，兰州大学社会科学处、兰州大学国际合作与交流处、兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室、兰州大学循证社会科学研究中心将于2024年3月至2024年6月继续举办“循证社会科学前沿讲座”，邀请来自联合国儿童基金委、联合国计划开发署、国际残疾证据中心、Campbell协作网、英国有效策略中心等国际组织和机构的一流学者作为主讲人，以系列报告呈现国际循证社会科学的发展前沿。

此系列讲座将通过“兰州大学循证社会科学研究中心”微信公共号在线直播，欢迎感兴趣的校内外师生参加。

The Social ScienceAdministration,the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange,the Innovation Laboratory for Evidence-Based Social Science, and theCenter forEvidence-Based Social Science Research at Lanzhou University have collaborated to host the “Frontierlectureserieson Evidence-Based Social Science” since 2022. Top experts and scholars in the field of evidence-based social science are invited to give academic lectures. Sixteen lectureshave been held, attracting more than 20,000 scholars worldwide.

To further promote the high-quality development of evidence-based social science in our country,theSocial Science Administration, the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, the Innovation Laboratory for Evidence-Based Social Science, and theCenter forEvidence-Based Social Science Researchof Lanzhou Universitywill continue to hold the “Frontierlectureserieson Evidence-Based Social Science” from Marchto June 2024. The lecture series will feature top international scholars from organizationssuch as the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Centre for Evidence in Disability, the Campbell Collaboration, and the What Works Centers in the UK as keynote speakers, presenting the latest developments in international evidence-based social science.

The lectures will be live-streamed online through the WeChat public account of the“Center forEvidence-Based Social Science Researchof Lanzhou University”. All teachers and students are invited to participate.
